If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Release Agreement

1. The Course Policy

Agreement between the undersigned client (the “Client”)

And Pilates For Your Privates LLC (the “Instructor”)

The Client assumes the responsibility for any and all risk, damage, or injury, which may result from participating in Pilates classes or sessions or using equipment and facilities provided by the Instructor, and hereby releases and discharges the Instructor, and, including but not limited to, the Instructor’s subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, partners, employees and agents from any and all claims, damages or injuries resulting therefrom.

The Client agrees that:

I am financially responsible for full payment of my Pilates course before the agreed upon start date of the course.

I have enrolled in a program of physical activity which includes, but is not limited to, the use of body conditioning apparatuses. I hereby affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any disability that would contribute to injury. I hereby affirm that I am cleared by relevant medical providers to participate in this physical activity.

I hereby waive any claims, demands and causes of action against the Instructor arising from my participation in an exercise program provided by the Instructor and from any disability now or in the future occurring during or after my participation in Pilates or any other activity performed within or in connection with the Pilates classes or sessions provided by the Instructor and hereby release the Instructor from any liability in connection with the foregoing.

All purchases are non-refundable.

2. Methodology
You acknowledge that Pilates For Your Privates, LLC online courses may be challenging and that there may be occasions resulting in physical exertion, emotions, thoughts, and feelings due to the demands and the process of the course. You must make all efforts to ensure your peak physical, mental and emotional state and condition necessary for the conduct of the session and shall consult a medical professional before starting any physical program.
You will not hold Alissa Alter or Pilates For Your Privates, LLC liable for any loss, liability, damage or cost incurred by you (or any person related to you) in the event of mental, physical,
psychological, emotional stress or distress (or any other ailment or condition) caused
either directly or indirectly in relation to the courses. You hereby indemnify and save harmless Alissa Alter and Pilates For Your Privates, LLC in the event of any such claim.
3. Disclaimer
This course is not advice, therapy, or counseling. The Client acknowledges and agrees that it accepts full responsibility for the actions it takes. In addition, the Client agrees not to hold Alissa Alter or Pilates For Your Privates, LLC liable for the consequences of its actions. The Client further acknowledges and agrees that Alissa Alter and Pilates For Your Privates, LLC is not an Doctor, Physical Therapist, Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, medical professional, Health Coach, or functioning as a clinical social worker, psychotherapist, or counselor. Accordingly, Alissa Alter and Pilates For Your Privates, LLC has not promised, shall not be obligated to, and will
not:
1) provide nor substitute for medical attention or intervention
2) Perform any diagnosis nor treatment
3) Act as a therapist, counsel the Client on or providing psychotherapy, psychoanalysis,
psychiatric diagnosis or other psychotherapeutic interventions.

By enrolling in this course, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Client Policy and I agree to comply with all of the policies of the Instructor.
